All robes and slippers are packaged in individual poly bags.

Returns & Claims
All returned orders after 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All claims for defective or misprinted merchandise must be made within 15 days of invoice date. Failure to do so will void all claims.

Shipping Information
C.O.D. shipments have an additional charge. Shipments are usually FOB Boca Raton, FL.

Production Time
Most blank orders ship within 24 hours. Rush orders are available please call for charges.
